We list the major allergens present across our menu. Because our kitchen is not allergen-free and dishes are prepared on shared equipment, cross-contact cannot be ruled out. If you have a severe allergy or specific dietary need, please speak to our staff before ordering.

Gluten (Wheat) 小麦

Udon noodles, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, tempura batter, panko coating (katsu), yaki udon, beer.

Soy 大豆

Soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, miso-based broths, and most marinades.

Egg

Tempura batter, tamagoten, donburi toppings, chicken karaage, salad dressings.

Fish

Dory fish, dashi broth (used as a nabe soup base), imitation crab (kanikama).

Shellfish 甲殻類

Shrimp tempura (ebiten), Caesar shrimp salad.

Sesame ごま

Sesame oil and sesame seeds in nabe dipping sauces, yakiniku, and salad dressings.

Milk (Dairy)

Caesar dressing, cheese sausage tempura, some sauces.
